Executive Chef Ruben Soto has served as Fairwood's Chef since 2002. His talent and 16 years of dedicated service to the club has been a cornerstone of Fairwood's dining and catering quality. Chef Soto has continually provided the membership with a wonderful selection of culinary offerings that have won the hearts and palates of the membership and their guests again and again.
