Youth Strength Training

Group meets Saturdays at 8:30 am
Duration is for 6 weeks

*Class size is limited*


This will be a beginner class for youth ages 11-14 years old. We will introduce strength and conditioning at the foundation level focusing on form, safety, and functional base. Youth will be introduced to weights and resistance as they develop within the program, which may include the use of kettlebells, machines, free weights, medicine balls, and TRX suspension training.
