Melissa Korda
MS, ATC, USAW, CSCS*D, TPI certified

Melissa has dedicated her career to health, fitness and performance training. She strives for excellence in her career and is exemplified by national certifications– NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with Distinction, NATA licensed Athletic Trainer and USA Olympic Weightlifting Performance Coach. She has a Masters Degree in Human Performance and Movements and a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. Melissa also is a certified Titleist Golf Fitness 2 Professional.

Melissa’s knowledge of athletics and fitness is broad and well-formed. She is a former college NCAA soccer player with 10+ years’ experience working as Head Athletic Trainer in the collegiate level football, basketball, baseball, soccer, rugby, volleyball and crew. She has worked in MLB, NFL, and the NBA. Melissa spent four seasons with WNBA Seattle Storm as assistant Athletic Trainer and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, during which time the team won the 2010 WNBA Championship. Melissa also served on the Wellness Team  as Athletic Trainer for the 2015 U.S. Open Golf Championship.With over 15 years experience training all ages, levels and abilities, Melissa provides a knowledge and application base that has proven effective and efficient for your wellness and performance needs.
